No, you can cancel services at any time.
We understand things happen, so we request 48-hour notice if you need to skip, reschedule or cancel your cleaning. We reserve your appointment just for you and need time to reassign your cleaning technician to another client to ensure he/she receives the schedule they depend on. If we receive less than 48-hours’ notice or we can’t access your home (i.e. key was not left out for the cleaning technician) you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.
Yes, of course! In the event you have a specific product you would like us to use in your home then just let us know. We will ensure our cleaning technician is aware of your instructions
Payments are due when service is rendered. For your convenience, we accept checks, ApplePay, Zelle, cash and major credit cards
Tips are not required but many customers do, and our technicians appreciate the gesture for a job well done. If you wish to leave a tip you can leave a cash tip in a clearly marked envelope at the time of cleaning
For our re-occurring weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly customers the same cleaning technician will be assigned to your home. In the rare instance your cleaning technician is not available on the day of your scheduled cleaning another highly qualified technician will be assigned to your home.
We charge by working man-hours. We send either 1 house keeper or a crew of 2 or more depending on the size of your home. Please consider the number of hours you purchased for your service times the size of the cleaning crew.
It is not necessary for you to be home; however, Maid2Perfection welcomes you to remain home during cleanings. In the event that you're not home, our client representatives will work with you to secure a key and / or get security access to your home. We securely track keys and access codes to provide our clients with anonymity; therefore, we will never write your name and address on the key itself
